LUCC Meeting MinutesDecember 3, 2009  Treasures Report·         No money was spent in November.·         We have a few expenses coming out in December.o   Advertisingo   Spring Home Showo   Postage for sending out membership notices·         Current balance is $5013.95 Publicity & Education·         We are currently signed up for the Spring Home show.  Brian will bring the sign-up sheet to January’s meeting.·         It was recommended to contact Anita regarding any new advertising there might be that we could use. Damage Report·         Not to many damages to report·         Most companies are reporting in a timely manner.·         If you have questions contact  Eugene Blair Web Page·         Nothing new to report·         The page will be updated with the Home show information soon.·         We had 107 hits on the website last month. Old Business·         Voting for 2010 committee members:o   President – Tammy Den Oudeno   Vice President – Eugene Blairo   Damage Reporting – Eugene Blairo   Public Relations & Education – Brian Soria & Ted Jordano   Programs – Sandy Bonno   Treasurer – Jody Ogleo   Secretary – Michele Klemp New Business·         Contractors Breakfast will be held at the Eugene Eagles Club on February 4, 2010.o   The cost will be $12 per person & the group is figuring about 100 people will attend.o   Tammy & Jody will work on the presentation together.  o   We are in need of donations from companies for prizes to give away.§  The group as agreed to spend $800 on gift cards.  §  Doug Caven (Retired EWEB employee) has donated a ½ day fly fishing trip.§  Contact Jody Ogle regarding prizeso   We will be purchasing 100 t-shirts to give away also.·         There will not be a Rodeo this year.  Maybe some training can be arranged in its place. Program·         Scott Roed from Kuker-Ranken Inc. & Chet Roan from Leica Geosystems presented the High Definition scanner.o   This instrument is good for topographical & engineering surveys.o   Can be used inside & outsideo   It’s a full dome scanner that digital images in every directiono   It can cut a 4 or 5 day survey down to 1 or 2.
