LUCC Meeting MinutesDecember 3, 2009 Treasures Report· No money was spent in November.· We have a few expenses coming out in December.o Advertisingo Spring Home Showo Postage for sending out membership notices· Current balance is $5013.95 – There is an aggressive plan for spending some of this in 2010 for marketing. Publicity & Education· We are currently signed up for the Spring Home show. Brian will bring the sign-up sheet to January’s meeting.· It was recommended to contact Anita regarding any new advertising there might be that we could use. Damage Report· Not to many damages to report· Most companies are reporting in a timely manner.· If you have questions contact Eugene Blair with City of Eugene Web Page· Nothing new to report· The page will be updated with the Home show information soon.· We had 107 hits on the website last month.· Joe Chavez has taken on more responsibility, so may or may not be able to attend all of these meetings. Attending OUCC meetings in other areas too. Old Business· Voting for 2010 committee members:o President – Tammy Den Ouden - Approvedo Vice President – Eugene Blair - Approvedo Damage Reporting – Eugene Blair - Approvedo Public Relations & Education – Brian Soria & Ted Jordan - Approvedo Programs – Sandy Bonn - approvedo Treasurer – Jody Ogle - Approvedo Secretary – Michele Klemp - Approvedo Web Page – Joe Chavez - Approved New Business· Contractors Breakfast will be held at the Eugene Eagles Club on February 4, 2010.o The cost will be $12 per person & the group is figuring about 100 people will attend.o Tammy & Jody will work on the presentation together. Tammy will schedule a meeting. o We are in need of donations from companies for prizes to give away.§ The group as agreed to spend $300 on gift cards. (need to check this figure? Is it more?)§ Doug Caven (Retired EWEB employee) has donated a ½ day fly fishing trip. Tammy will follow up with Doug for details. § Contact Jody Ogle regarding prizeso We will be purchasing 100 t-shirts to give away also.· There will not be a Rodeo this year. Maybe some training can be arranged in its place.
